About Belen's Chili Sauce
Our Story
The Year was 1985, when my grandmother started creating traditional family recipes to share with the world. In the early 1900’s our family was committed to using only the freshest and highest quality ingredients sourced from our family’s farms in Jalisco, Mexico. We continue the homemade flavors in all of our dishes and sauces. Today we carry on the same traditions by locally sourced meats, fresh farmed produce, or our homemade tortillas everything at Belen's Chili Sauce is made with care, tradition, and attention to detail.
Our Food Truck
We believe that food is more than just food. It's a journey. Thats why in 2023 we opened our first food truck. Our goal was to bring people together on this journey. We strive to create an atmosphere where our customers can enjoy delicious food, great company, and create memories that will last a lifetime. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion or just grabbing a bite with friends at a local farmers market. Belen’s Chilis Sauce Mobile Mexican Grill can and accommodate any special event, or occasion !!!
Our Sauces
Belen’s Chili Sauce is the perfect touch to any dish. We have created five Signature sauces, for everybody’s tastes. We have our “Red Love“ that is perfectly blended with ripe tomatoes and a hint of spice made for anyone to enjoy. Our second sauce we created is “Green Love” it has tangy lime notes blended with the freshest jalapeños for just the right amount of heat. ”Flavor Blend“ is our third sauce in the family with a blend of all the flavors great for marinating. Forth is ”Green One” packed full of tomatillos and spices. If you’re looking for something with a little bit more heat, we created our fifth signature sauce “Big Red One” with fresh crushed chili de Arbol. Whatever you’re cooking Belen’s Chili Sauce is a perfect addition to any dish to spice things up.
